Our dedicated team partner with local farmers and cooperatives, ensuring that every batch tastes of the region's unique flavor profiles, reflects the rich heritage and agriculture and rewards the diverse cultures that cultivate it.
Our coffee is precision-roasted in Australia to preserve the unique origin flavours and quality before being freighted fresh directly to you within days. The coffee is medium strength with a smooth and refined flavour. The taste is distinguished by a little bit of acidity, complex floral notes and chocolate undertones, including hints of toffee, tobacoo and raisins which are shaped by the regions nutrient rich volcanic soil.

I am Papa — the storyteller, the guardian, and the seal of authenticity behind Coffee Gold. My voice carries the spirit of Papua New Guinea, the wisdom of tradition, and the promise that every bean we share with you is rooted in respect, integrity, and adventure.
You will see me on every bag of Coffee Gold, my stamp of approval as your assurance that we walk our talk. I stand watch over our mission: to honour the farmers who grow our beans, to protect the land that nourishes them, and to deliver coffee that tastes as authentic as the hands that raised it.
